1. It appears from the record that earlier constitutional petition No.250 of 2016 was filed by petitioners for redressal of their grievance but the same was dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 27.03.2019. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier petition was withdrawn as according to him authority concerned had undertook to the petitioners that if petitioners withdraw their petition they would be regularized but according to learned counsel for petitioners despite of this fact they have not been regularized and in this respect application (legal notice) dated 16.04.2019 was issue d to the Project Director Animal Quarantine Department having office at 87-Tariq Block, New Garden Town, Karachi but the said application has not been disposed of. On perusal of application dated 16.04.2019 infact it appears a contempt notice. Apparently no contempt application appears to made out, however , this contempt notice is taken as an application and be forwarded to respondent No.1 for passing an appropriate order with regard to contention as raised by the petitioner , in accordance with law within one month after receipt of this order as according to learned D.A.G. office of Project Director Animal Quarantine Department has already been closed on 30.12.2016.
2. In view of above this petition is disposed of. Office is directed to send a copy of this order alongwith application (legal notice) dated 16.04.2019 to respondent No.1 immediately through any swift means.
