1. 1 to 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he has full confidence in the Presiding Officer of the trial Court but his only anxiety is that, the matter pertains to year 2017 but it has not been concluded as yet; however , he submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this criminal transfer application is the learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial of the case and decide the same within a shortest possible period.
2. Ms. Rameshan Oad, learned A.P.G, who is present in Court in respect of other cases, waives the notice of instant application and extended her no objection to the above submission, made by learned counsel for Applicant.
3. In view of above, this criminal transfer application is disposed of alongwith miscellaneous applications, listed at serial Nos.1 and 3. However , learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial of the case and decide it as per law within a period of 60 (sixty) working days after receipt of this order and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either party and compliance report be submitted through Additional Registrar of this Court.
