At the very outset, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he would be satisfied and would not press the disposal of instant petition, if the operation of the warrant, which is issued against the petitioner for his arrest, in execution proceedings by family Court-VI, Hyderabad, is suspended for period of ten days, on execution of PR bond in sum of Rs.10,000/-to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court, in order to make it possible for the petitioner to contest/satisfy the execution proceedings against him before learned Family Court-VI, Hyderabad. Order accordingly .
