1. It is stated by learned counsel for respon dents No.2 to 4 that this petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has no locus standi to file this petition. During the course of arguments he has also pointed out the office objections.
2. Office objections when confronted to the learned counsel for petitioner to reply he has no answer with him. It is further pointed out that Criminal Miscel laneous Application No.08/2020 was filed by present petitioner before learned Sessions Judge Jamshoro against HESCO officers but this fact has been suppressed by the present petitioner in this petition, therefore, accord ing to him the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands, therefore, on this ground alone petition is liable to be dismissed. During course of arguments we have also asked question form learned counsel for petitioner to show any electricity bill which is being issued in the name of petitioner in the area for which he is paying electricity bill. Again he has no answer with him. Under these circumstances, we found no merits in this petition which is accordingly dismissed alongwith listed applications.
