1. At the very outset learned counsel for petitioner does not press the prayer clause `a` and `b` of the petition and submits that application of the petitioner dated 10.06.2019 which has been filed by him before Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Dadu and is still pending adjudication before him, may be ordered to be decided within a period of one month in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned.
2. Learned Additional A.G. present in court has raised no objection on the above proposition.
3. In view of above, this petition is disposed of alongwith listed application. However , the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Dadu is directed to decide the application of petitioner dated 10.06.2019 available at Page 39 of the court file as Annexure `C`, within a period of thirty (30) working days after hearing the all conce rned parties, in accordance with law and compliance report shall be submitted to this court through Additional Registrar of this court. Office is directed to provide the copy of this order to learned Additional A.G. for compliance.
