1. Through this constitutional petition the petitioner has prayed that respondent No.11 (Kamran Baig) is raising construction illegally/ unlawfully over C.S. No.946 Nalband Gali Ward-D, Hyderaba d. It is stated by learned counsel for SBCA that respondent No.11 has already submitted existing building plan for approval. It is also stated that 4/ 5 months have already been passed but no order has been passed on the existing building plan already submitted by respondent No.11. It appears that it is a case of alleged illegal construction over the subject plot. Under the circumstances, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to take action if the respondent No.11 is taking/ raising illegal construction over subject plot in accordance with law and compliance report be submitted to this Court.
2. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
