1. None appeared for petitioners. This Court vide order dated 08.09.2016 passed the following order:- "Learned A.A.G has filed a statement dated 08.09.2016, along with comments on behalf of Respondent No.5, which is taken on record. Since learned counsel for the petitioner is not in attendance, therefore, the case is adjourned however , with a note of caution' that if the petitioner and/or petitioner counsel fail to appear and proceed with the case on the next date then this petition may be dismissed for non-prosecution'."
