1. Pursuant to order dated 11.12.2019, Muhammad Akram, Deputy Director Audit and Accounts HDA / WASA Hyderabad is present. He states that his Department has already paid all pensionary benefits to the Petitioner except group insurance amount for which he has provided requisite group insurance form to the Petitioner and, according to him such group insurance amount would be paid to her within next 30 days. Under these circumstances, learned counsel for Petitioner is satisfied and seeks disposal of instant petition.
2. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the official present in Court today , alongwith the pending application(s), if any .
