1. Mr. Irfan Ali Bughio advocate has filed power on behalf of respondents No.6 and 7 which is taken on record.
2. Through this petition the main grievance of the petitioners is that official respondents are illegally throwing area debris on their land. This fact has been denied by learned counsel for respondents No.6 and 7 and submits that if the petitioners have any grievance then they may approach to concerned quarter for redressal of their grievance.
3. Facing this situation learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners would file proper application before the Municipal Commissioner Hyderabad for redressal of their grievance. Under the circumstances it is ordered that on filing of such application by petitioners, if they so desired, the Municipal Commissioner Hyderabad after hearing the parties shall decide the same as per law within 15 days under intimation to this Court.
4. This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
