It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner Muhammad Hassan has filed an application dated 12.03.2020 (available at page 23 of memo of petition) before Director Health Sindh, Hyderabad which has been sent to Director Sindh Health Care Commission, Karachi against respondent No.3 who had conducted operation of the wife of petitioner in a wrong professio nal manner; however , the same application has not been decided so far.
Learned counsel states that he would be satisfied and shall not press this petition if direction may be issued to Director Sindh Health Care Commission, Karachi to decide the application of the petitioner as soon as possible in accordance with law .
Learned Addl. Advocate General, Sindh present in Court in some other matters waives notice and recorded his no objection.
In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the Director Sindh Health Care Commission, Karachi to decide the application of the petitioner already filed before him within thirty (30) days from receipt of this order under intimation to this Court. Office is directed to send the copy of this order to Director Sindh Health Care Commission Karachi for compliance. revisions by the competent authorities.
