1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been appointed in H.D.A. being public servant by adopting all legal procedures in the year 2007. He further submits that summary has been floated by the Project Director H.D.P . for contract employees. He also submits that H.D.A. misusing the Notification dated 28.01.2019, which is for the contract employees. It is also stated by learned counsel for petitioners that after passing order dated 28.01.2019 petitioners have joined their respective posts in H.D.A. and according to him they are working over there but they are deprived of their monthly salaries.

Mr. Ameer Faisal advocate files power on behalf of Secretary H.D.A. and seeks some time as Mr. Muhammad Saulat Rizvi advocate for H.D.A. has been appointed as Additional Advocate General where Mr. Irfan Ahmed Bughio could not reach this Court due to some un-avoidable circumstances and on his behalf Mr. Zaheeuddin Sahito advocate requests for an adjournm ent. Mr. Muhammad Arshad S. Pathan advocate shows urgency in the matter on the ground that petitioners are deprived of their monthly salaries since January , 2019.

Mr. Ameer Faisal advocate has drawn attention of this Court towards counter-af fidavit and order passed by different benches of this Court and submits that on the next date of hearing he shall proceed with the matters himself on merits. Under these circumstances, matters are adjourned to 10.09.2020 when respondent No.6 (D.G. H.D.A.) shall appear in person alongwith all relevant record to assist this Court. It is made clear that in case on the next date of hearing nobody appears on behalf of either party these matters shall be heard and decided on the basis of material available on record.
