Lt. General (Retd.) Muhammad Asad Durrani has challenged letter , dated 07.12.2020, whereby he has been requested to attend a meeting with the Adjutant General of General Headquarters of Pakistan Army . It is noted that relief has not been sought against respondent no. 2, i.e. Ministry of Defence. Respondent no. 3 is not amenable to the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
2. The learned counsel has stated that he does not press the petition so that relief could be sought from the High Court having territorial jurisdiction in the matter .
3. The petition is, therefore, accordingly disposed of.
