1. This criminal acquittal appeal is called for hearing. None present for appellant. No intimation received. It is noted that on the last date of hearing viz. 18.12.2019, the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for appellant. It is also observed that this appeal has been filed in the office on 12.11.2013, almost seven years have been passed but the appellant side is not pursuing this appeal diligently which is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution alongwith pending application, if any .
