1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has mainly contended that petitioners 1 and 2 have contracted free will marriage which has annoyed the parents of Petitioner No.1, hence they are causing harassment to them. The Petitioner No.1 has affirmed such facts and recorded her statement on the directions of this court before ASI Muhammad Hanif PS Badin who is present in court. The statement is taken on record.
2. Mr. Abdullah K. Leghari, Advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.5 which is taken on record. He submits that private Respondents have neither caused any harassment to the petitioners nor they intend to do so.
3. However , he submits that Petitioner No.1 is under age hence cannot contract a valid marriage with Petitioner No.2 under the law. He further submits that Respondent No.5 reserves his right to call in question such Nikahnama before the proper forum as provided under the law ..
4. Learned A.A.G. submits that police officials are ready to provide protection to the petitioners as and when they appear at police station for such protection.
5. In view of above, instant Petition is disposed of with direction to SHO concerned to provide protection to the petitioners as and when they appear at police station for such protection as per law .
