3. It is, inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 Mst. Shabana is sui juris and has contracted marriage with petition er No. 2 Nizamuddin but against the wishes of her parents. In support of his contentions learned counsel has placed on record the photo-copy of Nikahnama as annexure-A and photocopy of free will affidavit as annexure-B. He further submits that on 14.7.2017 respondent No. 7 Mashooq Ali father of petitioner Mst. Shabana has lodged F.I.R. bearing Crime No. 33/2017 at Police Station Drig District Kamber at Shandadkot under Sections 365-B, 452, 148 and 149, PPC against petitioner Nizamuddin and others.
Petitioner Mst. Shabana present in Court has categorically stated that she has not been abducted nor compelled by anybody to many with petitioner Nizamuddin.
Let notice be issued to the respondents No. 4, 5, 6 as well as Addl. A.G. Call I.O. of Crime No. 33/2017 on the next date of hearing with direction not to arrest the petitioner Nizamuddin in the aforesaid F.I.R. Respondent No. 6 SHO PS Jhangro is directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners in accordance with law .
Counsel for petitioners further submits that the petitioners have been declared Karo-Kari and there is a serious threat to their lives at the hands of respondents.
Mr. Munawar Hussain Maitlo learned State Counsel present in Court in other matters undertakes that official respondents shall provide protection to the petitioners till their destination.
