1. This Ist. Appeal is called for hearing. None present on behalf of the appellant. No intimation received. Same was the position on last two consecutive dates of hearing viz 24.05.2018 and 20.11.2019. It is noted that this appeal was filed on 16.05.2017; since then the appellant is not pursuing the same diligently . Accordingly , this first appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith pending application(s).
