1. ADNAN-UL-KARIM MEMON, J. Through this petition, the petitioners have prayed for protection as provided under the law .
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states at the bar that the petitioner No.1 has contracted freewill marriage with petitioner No.2 out of her own accord without any pressure, coercion or compulsion but this un-ceremonial marriage has annoyed the relatives of petitioner No.1, who are causing harassment to the petitioners through the official respondents. Petitioner No.1 is present in person and states that she has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 namely Niaz Ahmed son of Hazoor Bux. She further states that due to aforesaid un-ceremonial marriage, her relatives, being annoyed, misled the official respondents regarding her so-called abduction by the petitioner No.2.
3. In pursuance of Court notice dated 02.03.2020, the comments filed by the official respondent No.2,3,4 and 5, taken on record, copies whereof provided to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Petitioner Mst. Humera present in Court reiterates her earlier stance and categorically submits that she has contracted valid marriage with petitioner No.2 out of her own freewill and consent.
4. Learned A.A.G. Sindh states that due protection would be provided to the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.
5. Let the needful be done accordingly .
