1. This petition was disposed of on 06.03.2012 in terms whereof the appellate authority was required to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner . A reply in response to the order was filed on 30.04.2015. However , neither copy of the comments nor order passed by the appellate authority was provided to the petitioner who was appearing in person.
2. Such copy is being provided along with the order passed by the appellate authority today . The petitioner has perused the order as well as the parawise comments which are not required since the petition had already been disposed of. She however may take further steps in this regard as she deem fit and proper . The petition has already served its purpose. Accordingly , the pending applications are also disposed of.
