1. Learned counsel for the petitioner subm its that he would be satisfied and shall not press instant petition if the learned trial Court is directed to pass an appropriate order with regard to arrest of absconding accused in Crime Nos.28/2020 and 81/2020 registered at PS Kazi Ahmed. He submits that though time and again NBWs are being issued against the absconding accused in the said F .I.Rs. but the police is not arresting them.
2. Learned D.P.G. Sindh present in Court in other cases after waiving the notice of this petition has raised no objection to the above proposal.
3. In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of along with listed applications with direction to the concerned Magistrate/trial Court to look into the matter , take hectic efforts with regard to arrest of the absconding accused by passing appropriate order and proceed the case as per law .
