1. Although there are some office objections however on 24.12.2018 the counsel was put on notice to satisfy regarding maintainability of this petition followed by an order of 19.12.2019 when no one was in attendance. Even on the first date of hearing counsel and petitioner were absent. Today is third date of hearing and even the intimation notice was issued which was returned served as per the report of the bailiff. It appears that the petitioner and his counsel have lost interest in the proceedings since they are constantly called absent without any intimation.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
