1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Mr. Arshad H. Lodhi advocate has filed Vakalatnama for respondent No.3 whereas Mr. S. Masroor Ahmed Alvi has filed V akalatnama for respondent No.4 which are taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that in pursuance of an order dated 17.04.2019 passed by this Court in C.P.No.D-7343 of 2018 the petitioner`s name has been changed in the NADRA record and now he wants directions to the respondents No.2 to 4 to change his name in all academic records as per his new CNIC. Both learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 have submitted that petitioner has to make proper application to the respondents No.3 and 4 which will be considered in accordance with their relevant rules. Let petitioner apply to the concerned authorities with proper evidence, thereafter his request may be considered in accordance with law.
3. The entire exercise may be completed within 45 days after making such application. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
