1. This petition is called for hearing. None present on behalf of the petitioner , no intimation received. It is noted that this petition was filed on 11.09.2012 almost eight years have been passed but on perusal of case diaries reveals that the petitioner is not deliberately pursuing this petition, therefore, it appears perhaps the petitioner has lost his interest in this petition, which is accordingly dismissed in non-prosecution along-with listed application.
