3&4. Learned counsel for the petitioner , at the very outset, submits that the controversy agitated through instant petition is already pending before this Court in number of petitions, including C.P. No.D-3309/201 1 and others connected matters, which have been partly heard and now are fixed before DB-VI of this Court on 18.12.2020, hence requests that notice of instant petition may be issued to the respondents and instant petition may be directed to be taken up alongwith aforesaid petition before the same bench.
Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents and Advocate-General, Sindh in terms of Order 27-A, C.P.C. as well as D.A.G, to be served through first three modes, for 18.12.2020 , when instant petition may be taken up alongwith aforesaid petition and other connected matters, whereas, comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner . In the meanwhile, the interim order already passed in the aforesaid petition and other connected matters, shall apply mutatis mutandis in the instant petition till next date of hearing.
