ORDER

WAQAR AHMAD SETH, CJ.---- In compliance of the order of this Court dated 6-5-2020 whereby a Committee under the Chairmanship of Mr. Shumail Ahmad Butt, Advocate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was constituted to sort out the deserving Advocates / Clerks and distribution of allocated fund / amou nt. Today , minutes of the said Committee produce before the Court (Exh. PHC/1) and the same has been agreed upon by all the stakeholders with a modification that year 2019 qua dues be read as 2018. As per comm itment made by the Provincial Government / Secretary Law, Mr. Atif Ali Khan, learned Additional Advocate General present in Court was directed to apprise the Court regarding the release of Five Crors, the allocated amount, to which he states that the said amount will be released within two weeks, in view of which they are directed to transfer the said amount to the concerned on or before 2-76-2020, positi vely. Moreover , after receipt of one Crore, as per commitment by the KP, Bar Council, the distribution be made amongst the deserving slot within seven days, and compliance report be submitted before Registrar of this Court. All the Clerk / Munshi's of the deserving lawyers, as per decision of the said committee, advocate shall give them 10% morally .

The Federal Government through Additional Attorney General, as usual, tried to delay the matter by saying that a committee has been constituted for the particular purpose and no decision has been taken as yet, however , in the next week meeting reasonable amount would be allocated, therefore, it is decided to pay to the concerned party , any amount decided to be paid in this respect, be paid in the account and the same be distributed as per formula given in Ex.PHC/1.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition as well as connected bearing No.2318-P of 2020, so filed by Clerks/Munshis is hereby disposed of accordingly .
