1. Urgency granted.

Vide order dated 22.11.2019, this petition was disposed of with the direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner and also to consider his case for promotion in case of any vacancy . On 29.02.2020, the petitioner filed an application under Section 3 & 4 of the contempt of Court Ord. 2003 (CMA No.6746/2020) for initiation of contempt proceedings against the alleged contemnors. The aforesaid application was heard and decided by this Court on 16.1 1.2020.
Today , Mr. Saadat Yar Khan, advocate, has appeared and submits that due to typographical error his name was wrongly mentioned as "Syed Abdul Waheed" on the first page of the order dated 16.11.2020, therefore, he prays that the aforesaid error may be corrected accordingly .
We have heard the learned counsel on the subject issue and have gone through the order dated 16.11.2020 passed by this Court. In our view, accidental errors can be corrected if such error being apparent on the face of the record. Our view is supported by the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Muhammad Tufail and 3 others v . Ghulam Farid and 4 others ( 2000 SCMR 1035 ).
In view of the above factual position of the case, the listed application is allowed as prayed. The office is directed to make necessary corrections on the first page of the order dated 16.11.2020 by putting the name of Mr. Saadat Yar Khan in place of Syed Abdul W aheed, advocate for respondents 1 to 3. revisions by the competent authorities. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the official sources or legal professionals for the most up-to-date and accurate information.
