1. On last date of hearing learned counsel for the respondent No.2 moved urgent application with the contention that the order passed by the revisional court has already been set aside by the hon'ble Supreme Court. Today learned counsel for the petitioner confirms this statement and does not want to proceed further . Petition is disposed of accordingly .
