When office objections were brought into notice of counsel for the petitioner and asked him how this petition is maintainable in view of office objections already mentioned in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner facing such situation does not press this petition which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed along-with listed application. However , the petitioner would be at liberty to agitate his case and claim either before Civil Court or Revenue hierarchy , if he so desire.
