1. This constitutional petition is called for hearing but none present on behalf of petitioner . No intimation is received.
2. Same was the position on the last date of hearing viz. 05.12.2019. It appears that this petition was filed on 29.11.2016 and almost more than five years have been passed but petitioner is not pursuing this petition diligently .
3. It appears that perhaps the petitioner has lost interest in this petition.
4. As observed above, since none present on behalf of the petitioner , therefore, we ourselves have gone through the case and claim of the petitioner in which petitioner has claimed that he may not be unnecessarily harassed at the hands of local police/ anti-corruption department and list of cases may be presented before this Court. Mr. Zia-ur- Rehman Superintendent Central Prison Hyderabad is present and submits that according to his information and belief no case is pending against the petitioner at present, however , learned Additional Advocate General also assured the Court that of ficial respondents shall strictly act in accordance with law .
5. In view of above this petition stands disposed of with direction to official responde nts to act strictly in accordance with law .
