It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has soug ht for transfer of case from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Tando Adam on the basis of two fold reasons; firstly the applicant has lost his confidence over the Presiding Officer of the said Court and secondly it is inconvenient for the applicant to attend the Court at Tando Adam being resident of Dadu.
The case is at initial stage. No cogent reason is advanced by the applicant which may make it believes that he has lost his confidence over learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tando Adam. Secondly , no case could be ordered to be transferred from one District to other on the basis of self procured convenience of the complainant.
Consequently , the instant application being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
