1. It is reported by learned Additional A.G. that the FIR bearing No.61/2019 lodged at Police Station Rahooki under section 365-B PPC has already been challaned and the remedy is available to petitioner to knock the door of trial court for redressal of his grievance, if any .
2. On court query , learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the challan has already been submitted therefore, this petition may be disposed of and the petitioner may be allowed to knock the door of trial court for redressal of his grievance.
3. In view of above, this petition is disposed of as not pressed however , petitioner would be at liberty to knock the door of trial court for redressal of his grievance for premature acquittal and on filing such proceedings, the trial court shall decide the same in accordance with law .
