1. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioners in view of the office objections as raised in this petition, does not press this petition which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. However , according to him, the appeal is pending before Member Board of Revenu e in respect of subject matter of this petition, therefore, Member Board of Revenue Hyderabad is directed to decide the appeal already pending filed by the petitioners in respect of the subject matter within the period of one (01) month as per Law without influence of this Order .
