1. None present. This Court vide order dated 05.04.2016 passed the following order:- "None present.
2. The petitioner and his learned counsel were absent on the last date and same is the position today . Office objection No.1 has also not been complied with as the question of maintainability of this petition has not been addressed despite specific office objection. If none appears or office objection is not addressed on the next date, the petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.
