1. There are some office objections raised by the Bench on 04.11.2019 regarding maintainability of the petition as petitioner sought implementation of an order passed in C.P No.D-1817/2016. This not being an executing court, the petitioner cannot exhaust such remedy . The petitioner 's counsel was put on notice and he was absent on a subsequent date i.e. 21.11.2019. Today neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance and there is no intimation either . It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the proceedings. Dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
