1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this petition if appropriate directions are given to the Municipal Commissioner , Hyderabad to depute number of sweepers to lift the garbage situated at Survey No.87 and 88, Deh Malh Tappa Khattar , Taluka Latifabad, Hyderabad.
2. Learned A.A.G. Sindh present in Court in other cases waives notice and recorded his no objection.
3. In view of the above, instant petition is disposed of along with listed applications with direction to the Municipal Commissioner , Hyderabad to depute some of sweepers to lift the garbage situate d at Survey No.87 and 88, Deh Malh Tappa Khattar , Taluka Latifabad, Hyderabad within a period of one week' s time under intimation to this Court through Additional Registrar of this Court.
