1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Learned counsel for NADRA has filed statement dated 11.12.2020. She has subm itted that petitioner has to follow NADRA SOP 5.0.1 and ensure appearance of his parents or siblings for biometric verification which are mandatory requirements. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that mother of petitioner has expired on the day of his birth and petitioner has not seen his father , therefore, he cannot arrange appearance of parents or siblings. At this juncture learned counsel for NADRA has submitted that the case of petitioner will be considered under the Orphan Policy . This proposal has been accepted by the petitioner`s counsel.
2. Let petitioner appear before NADRA DHA Mega Centre where his application will be considered in accordance with aforesaid policy . The entire exercise will be completed within one month`s time. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
3. A copy of this order may be transmitted to learned counsel for the NADRA for compliance.
