1. Urgency granted.
2. The petitioners by way of instant petition have sought for direction against Secretary Labour Government of Sindh and others to ensure compliance of Labour Laws in Army Welfare Sugar Mill at Badin and to furnish such report before this Court.
3. The controversy with regard to the compliance of labour laws by Army Welfare Sugar Mill at Badin being factual in its character could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction particularly when the petitioners have got alternate and adequate remedies before other forums authorized to probe the labour/workers issues.
4. In view of above, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with the listed applications.
