1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he would be satisfied and shall not press this bail application if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial and decide the case within a period of one month after receipt of this order; as according to him the Applicant is suffering from neuro disease and his treatment is not possible inside jail premises. Learned Special Prosecutor for ANF assured to the Court that now the case is pending before Special Court / Model Criminal Trial Court and it will be decided within a period of 30 working days as the schedule of the said Model Court has been announced in which instant case is mentioned.
2. Under these circumstances, this criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed alongwith pending application(s), as not pressed. However , the trial Court is directed to conclude trial of the case and pronounce judgment within a period of 30 working days from the receipt of this order and no unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either side. Compliance report shall be submitted to this Court through Additional Registrar for perusal.
3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Applicant emphasizes that since Applicant is suffering from serious neuro disease and his treatment is not possible inside the jail premises. Accordingly , the Superintendent Central Prison, Hyderabad is directed to get examined the disease of the applicant and ensure that all medical facility / treatment are provided to the Applicant. In case treatment of the Applicant is not possible inside the jail then he shall be referred to any Government recognized hospital for his complete treatment but according to law under intimation to this Court.
4. A copy of this order be sent immediately to the trial Court and Superintende nt Central Jail, Hyderabad for information and compliance.
