1. This constitution petition is called for hearing but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner . No intimation is received. On the previous date of hearing viz: 07.02.2018 brief was held on behalf of the petitioner 's counsel by Mr. Altaf Sachal Awan advocate. This matter pertains to the year 2010. Almost 10 years have been passed but on perusal of case diaries it reveals that petitioner is not pursuing this petition diligently , which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
