1. Counsel for the respondent No.4 has filed a statement to show that the petitioner submitted an undertaking that he will withdraw all litigation against Cantonment Board Clifton and ready to execute all pending works. The proprietor of the petitioner Muhammad Ahmer son of Muhammad Iqbal is present and he endorsed on this statement that he wants to withdraw this case. In view of this statement, the petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith pending applications.
