1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Learned counsel for NADRA has submitted a statement that the case of the petiti oner is pending before Zonal Board, Ayesha Manzil, Karachi for verification of his national status and renewal of his CNIC. It is further stated that the petitioner may be directed to appear before Zonal Board, NADRA Office, Ayesha Manzil, Karachi along with all necessary documents for clearance of his national status. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to this proposal. Let the petitioner appear before aforesaid Zonal Board along with all relevant documents. The entire exercise should be completed within one month. Petition is disposed of.
