1. Learned counsel for petitioners files statement, taken on record, stating therein that this petition was finally disposed of vide order dated 28.09.2017 whereby official respondent/ Executive Engineer was directed to restore watercourse No.14-BR within 10 days from the date of passing of order , however , subsequently contempt application was filed and thereafter matter has been amicably decided by the Nek Mards of the locality for the restoration of watercourse No.14-BR with sole condition to close proceedings before this Court. Learned A.A.G. as well as learned counsel respondents have conceded to the said facts. Since matter has been disposed of by this Court and learned counsel does not press contempt application, therefore, contempt application bearing M.A.
2. No.14608/2017 is hereby dismissed as not pressed. Office is directed to consign case file to record as nothing is pending for adjudication.
