2. The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has prayed for the following relief;
1. That respondent No.1 be directed to allot the new survey number to this new survey number so come into existence, within the time as allowed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. That necessary disciplinary action may be initiated for not performing their legal duty .
3. That respondent No.2 to 5 be directed to disclose complete/full details of claiming and receiving the compensation with copies of all such record of the acquired land of survey No.217 in Deh Patar Badin.
4. That necessary legal action be initiated against the respondents No.2 to 5.
5. Any other order under the circumstances of the case.
The controversy which is advanced by the petitioner being factual in nature could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently , the instant petition is dismissed in limine with an advice to the petitioner to exhaust the alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance.
