Resultpetition dismissed

1. The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the respondents to demarcate his landed property and to produce document of its grant, if any. On being asked whether the petitioner has been in possession of subject property? It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the boundaries of subject property are yet to be identified. If it is so, then the possession of the petitioner over the subject property appears to be doubtful one. Be that as it may. The issue of demarcation and allotment of the subject property involving the factual controversy could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction.

2. Consequently , the instant petition is dismissed with an advice to the petitioner to exhaust alternate remedy before Revenue / Civil Court having jurisdiction.
