2. By way of instant application u/s 561-A Cr.P.C, the applicant has sought for restoration of his bail application, which was dismissed by this Court on 30.08.2019 for non-prosecution. No bail application, which is dismissed for non-prosecution could be restored by this Court by having recourse under Section 561-A Cr.P.C, the instant application being misconceived is dismissed with direction to the applicant to repeat his bail application, if so, is advised to him.
