Mr. Nayyar Rizvi, Additional Prosecutor General, National Accountability Bureau has informed that pursuant to direction given earlier, he has sought instructions from the competent authority i.e. the Chairman of the Bureau who has instructed him not to oppose grant of interim bail.
2. We are also satisfied after hearing the nominated representatives of the Chief Minister , Punjab and the Prime Minister of Pakistan that they also have no objection if interim bail till 29- 10-2019, is granted.
3. We, therefore, allow this application and consequently admit Mian Muhamma d Nawaz Sharif to interim bail subject to furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.2 million (rupees two million) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, till the learned Division Bench of this Court hears the main petition on 29.10.2019. The applicant shall be at liberty to deposit cash sureties, which shall be accepted in the light of the policy of this Court.
4. We direct the Chief Minister , Punjab to appear before the learned Division Bench of this Court on 29-10-2019 at 1:30 p.m.
