Maqbool Hussain petitioner through the instant petition is seeking extraordinary relief of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No, 18 dated 30.05.2016 under Sections 420/467/468/471/109/409, PPC registered on the complaint of Farzana Kousar at Police Station FIA/CBC Circle Multan.
