Through this petition, Shehrooz, petitioner has sought concession of post-arrest bail in case FIR No, 427 dated 14.11.2016 in respect of offence under Section. 9(c) of The Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 registered at Police Station Daira Din Pannah District Muzaffargarh.
2. Brief allegations against the petitioner are that the complainant along with other police contingents conducted raid on spy information and captured the petitioner having polythene bag in his right hand containing Charas weighing 2025 grams. Hence this case was registered.

4. Allegedly the petitioner was apprehended having, shopper in his hand containing Charas weighing 2025 grams. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is a minor and produced a photo copy of B-Form, according to, which the date of birth of the petitioner is incorporated in the NADRA record as 18.12.2004, who is hardly 12 years of age. He has no antecedents of such like criminal record. He is behind the bars since his arrest for the last two months and his further incarceration would serve no useful purpose for the prosecution. The juvenile of the petitioner constrains us to grant post-arrest bail to the petitioner.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is admitted to post-arrest bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs, 2,00,000/- (rupees two hundred thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
