M. S. H. QURESHI, J.----From the submissions made, it appeases that appellant Muhammad Ramzan alias Jani was sentenced to death in a criminal cafe which sentence was confirmed by the High Court and against which the appellant's appeal before the Supreme Court was dismissed.
He thereafter moved a mercy petition which was dismissed by the Governor on 24th July, 1976. A mercy petition addressed to the President was also dismissed on 13th December. 1976. When the date of execution was fixed for 12th January, 1977 the same was postponed under the instructions from the Ministry of Interior, which instructions were later vacated on 25th January. 1977. He, meanwhile, moved Writ Petition No. 142 of 1977 which was dismissed on 24th January, 1977, whereupon he moved the Supreme Court for Special leave to Appeal vide C. P.S.L.A. No. 38 of 1977 but the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 8th January, 1978. Another Writ Petition followed being W. P. No. 2208 of 1978 which too, was dismissed on 2nd May, 1978 and a petition for Special Leave to Appeal No. 249 of 1978 was dismissed by the Supreme Court on 7th December, 1978. Yet another Writ Petition No. 1520 of 1979 was filed which was dismissed on 19th March, 1979. The appellant also applied before the Supreme Court that the withdrawal of his petition No. 38 of 1977 had not been according to law, but the application was rejected on 22nd June, 1979. The matter did not end therefore the appellant brought yet another Writ Petition No. 3814 of 1979 which was dismiss--ed on 14th July, 1979 against which dismissal, the present Intra-Court Appeal is directed.
2. We find that there is no basis for this Court to interference or to q make any observation meant to be addressed to the Government. The appeal is without merits and is accordingly dismissed.
