The record indicates that the depot was allotted to the petitioner on 26th March; 1972 by the District Magistrate subject to the confirmation of the District allotment Com--mittee. The District allotment Committee it is, stated, has refused to accord confirmation. This being so, the petitioner can have no basis for grievance. Dismissed in limine.
