' ABDUL SAMI KHAN, J. --- Through the instant petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the petitioner has challenged the validity of order dated 30-03-2015 whereby name of the petitioner has been inserted in 4th Schedule of Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
2. Sole grievance of the petitioner is that its appeal/representation un-dated (Placed at Annexure- 'C' page-11 of this petition) is pending before respondent No, 1 and prayed that the same be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
3. The record annexed with this petition reflects that the petitioner has filed aN appeal/representation before respondent No, 1 but the same has not yet been decided by respondent No, 1, whereby the petitioner prayed for deletion of his name from 4th Schedule of Anti- Terrorism Act, 1997.
4. The respondent No, 1 is, therefore, directed to decide the appeal/representation, if any, pending with him within four weeks after giving the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Disposed of accordingly.
